Bodywork Sessions
Bodywork Sessions are designed to support meaningful change through focused, integrated care that matches your goals, your structure, and your body’s current presentation. Each session is thoughtfully customized using active therapeutic methods selected through your intake, prescreen conversation, assessment findings, and real time response during the appointment.
Your session fee covers a results focused bodywork treatment in which active therapeutic time, not passive equipment time or blocked clock time, determines the care delivered.
Session treatments are offered in 90 minute and 120 minute formats, each designed to reserve focused treatment time for your individualized care plan. If you feel a different treatment length may better support your goals, we can discuss alternative timing options together before you book.
Before Your First Session
Before booking your first appointment, you will complete an intake form and a prescreen Zoom call. This conversation gives us space to explore your goals, your history, your previous treatment experiences, and the treatment options that best support your first session.
During this prescreen, we create a general plan for your first appointment. For sessions requested outside the Tampa Bay, Florida area, any travel per diem or location related costs are reviewed during the client prescreen and confirmed before your appointment is booked.
You may also be asked to submit an assessment video before your appointment. When that video is available in advance, it helps shape a more precise starting point for your session. When it is completed at the appointment, that assessment time becomes part of the overall appointment flow.
How Treatment Time Works
Treatment time reflects active therapeutic care. This includes hands on treatment and any active modality that is being intentionally used as part of your customized session plan.
Some modalities may be delivered at the same time when that combination creates greater therapeutic value. For example, one active modality may be running while direct manual therapy is being applied, and both may count toward treatment time when they are being used with clear therapeutic purpose inside your treatment plan.
Passive services such as a grounding mat or infrared mat support the overall environment of care, and they do not count toward treatment time. Your session is built around active therapeutic delivery that moves your plan forward in a focused and efficient way.
What To Expect
Your appointment begins with review and refinement. We look at your goals, your current presentation, your assessment findings, and the areas that are most ready for focused attention that day.
From there, your session may include assessment based movement, on table positioning, stretching, orthopedic massage, manual lymphatic support, cupping, vacuum therapy, Graston, electronic muscle stimulation, or other integrated methods chosen for your goals. Every element is selected to create a cohesive session rather than a menu of disconnected techniques.
At the end of your appointment, we recap what was addressed, what shifted, and what your body may benefit from next. This creates continuity, builds awareness, and helps each session connect smoothly to your larger progress.
Scheduling Standards
I arrive up to 15 minutes before your appointment start time so I can set up and have your session ready to begin on time. I also require about 15 minutes after the appointment to clean up, pack up, and transition out properly.
When your location and schedule allow for that setup and cleanup window, your full appointment time can be directed toward your session as planned. When early access is unavailable, setup time cuts into treatment time, and the session fee remains the same because the reserved appointment and professional service standards remain in place.
This structure protects the quality, flow, and consistency of your care. It also gives your session the calm, prepared foundation that allows focused bodywork to unfold with greater ease and precision.
After Your Session
After your session, give your body space to integrate the work. Hydration, gentle movement, and thoughtful awareness of how your body responds can help you notice the changes that are already beginning to organize.
You may notice shifts in ease, movement quality, tension patterns, energy, or general body awareness over the next several days. These details are helpful and valuable because they guide how future sessions can be refined for even stronger results.
Ongoing communication supports excellent care. Your feedback helps shape the next step of your plan with more precision, more clarity, and more momentum.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full regular service rate. Promotional pricing, discounts, and special offers are reserved for completed appointments and do not apply to cancellation fees. Late or repeated cancellation of a zero dollar appointment, including a prescreen, may result in being blocked from future bookings.
