Bodywork Sessions

Your ninety minutes is built before you arrive.

Every appointment starts with protocols chosen for your body from your assessment. Your plan comes with you to the table, built around primary, secondary, and tertiary goals for that specific session, and your body has the final say. When an area responds differently than expected, we adapt with the modality, technique, or tool best suited to what your body is telling us in that moment.

The Alignment Call

Your starting point. We review your health history, current goals, and movement patterns together, see what’s already working, and map the treatment approach best suited to you. Held over Zoom, after you’ve completed your intake and movement assessment.

You receive a written session guide for your first appointment and a six week movement program, emailed to you. Both are yours to keep and to use with any provider on your team, whether that’s another massage therapist, your physician, a chiropractor, or your trainer.

Your consultation fee is applied to your first appointment when you book and complete it within fourteen days.

Visit The Alignment Call page for complete details.

Ninety Minutes On the Clock

Ninety minutes is our baseline for bodywork outside of MYK. It’s built this way because our clients are result oriented, so we track treatment time closely, not just clock time, and pack your session accordingly.

Your ninety minutes of clock time is built around your assessment and session goals. Based on what your body needs, we can pack up to 225 minutes, nearly four hours, of actual treatment time into that window, layering hands on work, vacuum therapy, and cup work, each applied to a specific zone for a specific reason. This is only possible because of how our therapists are trained to sequence and monitor concurrent modalities safely, so your body is supported throughout, never overloaded. Two areas of the body, worked in the sequence your session calls for.

Booking

Your Alignment Call comes first. When you schedule a session, you confirm your call is complete, or will be complete, at least 72 hours before your session time.

If your Alignment Call has not been completed by the time of your appointment, your session is treated as a late cancellation and the full fee is forfeited. No exceptions.

Onsite across Florida. Outside greater Tampa Bay, a travel per diem is quoted before your appointment is scheduled.
