Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply:
- Cancellations within 72 hours (Per Diem Markets) – Clients who cancel less than 72 hours before their scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours (Non-Per Diem Markets) – Clients who cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee.
- Rescheduling Requests – Must be made before the cancellation window closes and are subject to availability.
- No-Show Policy – While mobile massage clients do not “no-show” in the traditional sense, failure to be present, provide access to the space, or adequately prepare the session area will be treated as a no-show and the full session fee will be charged.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made through Rebecca’s scheduling platform or direct contact.
Per Diem Requirement
Rebecca provides mobile massage and orthopedic bodywork in select markets where a per diem applies.
- The per diem is the total minimum amount of booked sessions required for service in a specific location on the same day.
- Multiple clients may contribute to meeting the per diem.
- No payment is processed until the per diem minimum is met and appointments are confirmed.
- If the per diem is not met, appointments may be rescheduled or adjusted.
Clients booking in per diem markets will receive confirmation 72 hours before their appointment if the per diem has been met. If not, alternative scheduling options will be offered.

Service Schedule & Availability (Effective February 1, 2025)
Rebecca provides mobile massage and orthopedic bodywork services in select locations on designated service days. The primary service areas are College Park, Orlando, and surrounding areas, with additional availability in Rockledge and Winter Springs. Per diem markets are scheduled only when fully booked.
To ensure clients have the most accurate scheduling information, this page will be updated regularly to reflect when Rebecca is actively booking into a specific per diem market on a set date here:
- March 3, 2025 – currently 1/2 booked in Fort Myers, FL Market Afternoon & evening openings available.
- March 17, 2025 – currently 1/2 booked in Fort Myers, FL Market Afternoon & evening openings available.
When appointments are confirmed in College Park, Orlando & surrounding areas on a per diem day those dates will also be reflected here:
Current Service Schedule:
- College Park, Orlando & Surrounding Areas – Primary service area; available any day not assigned to another market, including per diem days if not fully booked
- Rockledge – All day Sundays & Thursday evenings, no per diem required
- Winter Springs – Thursday mornings, no per diem required
- Fort Myers (Mondays) – Requires a $1,000 per diem
- Tampa / Ruskin (Tuesdays) – Requires an $800 per diem
Important Note:
This schedule is effective as of February 1, 2025 and may be updated periodically. Clients are encouraged to check for any changes before booking to ensure their appointment aligns with the current availability.
Service Selection
Rebecca offers two distinct service options, each designed for specific client needs:
- Classic & Therapeutic Massage – A session for relaxation, stress relief, and targeted pain relief. Includes a pre-session assessment, with enhancements available for an additional fee.
- Full Orthopedic Bodywork – A session for postural correction, chronic pain relief, and movement optimization. Includes a pre-session assessment, a custom mobility plan, and one post-session assessment with a mobility plan revision.
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service for their needs. If unsure, review the service descriptions or contact Rebecca for guidance before booking.
Enhancements & Advanced Modalities
Enhancements and advanced therapy techniques are available to customize your session based on your needs.
Classic & Therapeutic Massage:
- Enhancements are available for an additional fee and must be selected at the time of booking.
Full Orthopedic Bodywork:
- All advanced therapy techniques are included at no extra charge.
Available Modalities:
- Radio Frequency (RF) Therapy – Enhances circulation and tissue healing
- Gliding Cup Therapy – Promotes myofascial release and mobility
- Vacuum Therapy – Supports lymphatic drainage and sculpting
- Percussion Therapy – Reduces tension and breaks up adhesions
- Myofascial Rolling – Aids in soft tissue release
- Acupressure Techniques – Supports energy flow and pain relief
Enhancements must be selected at the time of booking. Additional requests at the time of service may not be accommodated.
Payment & Confirmation Policy
- No payments are processed until appointments are confirmed.
- For per diem markets, confirmation will be sent 72 hours in advance once the required minimum is met.
- If the per diem is not met, alternative scheduling options will be provided.
- Clients booking in non-per diem locations must confirm their appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Failure to adhere to cancellation policies will result in the full session fee being charged to the payment method on file.
Session Setup & Client Responsibility
To ensure the best possible experience, clients must provide a clean, quiet, and private space for their session.
Space Requirements:
- Adequate space is required for both the massage table and therapist movement.
- To test if your space is sufficient, lay a full-size flat bedsheet on the floor. If the sheet lays fully extended without folding up against walls or furniture, your space is suitable.
- If there is not enough room for the table and therapist to move freely, the quality of the session may be impacted.
Additional Setup Guidelines:
- Rebecca brings all necessary equipment for the session.
- The treatment area should be free from distractions and easily accessible.
- If the space is deemed unsuitable upon arrival, the session may be canceled and the full session fee will apply.
By booking, clients acknowledge their responsibility for providing a proper treatment space and ensuring full accessibility for the session.
Final Agreement
By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the cancellation, per diem, service day, service selection, enhancement, and payment policies.
These policies are in place to ensure a seamless scheduling process, high-quality service, and a professional experience for all clients.
