What the Prescreen Is
The prescreen is a required Zoom conversation completed before your first bodywork booking. It helps establish communication, confirm a strong fit, and create a general direction for your first session.
This conversation also gives you space to share your primary goals, secondary goals, past treatment experiences, and any important details that help shape your care. Together, we review options and begin building a plan that feels aligned, practical, and clear.

Booking Note
The prescreen is required before a first bodywork session is booked. This allows your care to begin with clarity, alignment, and a plan built around you.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellation or change.
Appointments canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full regular service price.
Promotional rates, discounts, and special offers apply to completed appointments and are not applied to cancellation fees.
Late or repeated cancellation of a zero dollar appointment, including a prescreen, may result in being blocked from future bookings.
