Strength that aligns. Movement that remembers. Confidence that returns.
Rebecca’s approach to fitness is not about punishment, pushing through pain, or following trends. It is about precision. It is about trust. It is about reconnecting with the body’s natural intelligence. One rep. One breath. One grounded movement at a time.
Every program begins with understanding. Understanding how the body moves, where it compensates, and what it needs to feel strong, centered, and capable. That is why each client begins with an Overhead Squat Assessment. This foundational snapshot sets the tone for every session and allows Rebecca to design a progression that respects the body’s structure while supporting meaningful goals.
Training Options Designed for Real Life
Rebecca offers several pathways to meet each client where they are and support how and where they move.
1. Online Group Fitness and Accountability
In collaboration with 91 Strong, Rebecca leads remote training experiences designed for those who want to stay consistent from anywhere. These sessions combine strength, mobility, and conditioning with the structure needed to stay focused while maintaining flexibility in the schedule.
Movement is reassessed regularly. Updated movement plans are provided through Kinexible, a digital platform Rebecca uses to keep training personalized and strategic.
2. Hotworx Workout Buddy Sessions
Rebecca is an Elite member at HOTWORX and offers private, in-studio workout buddy sessions for fellow members at the Odessa and New Port Richey locations. She is not affiliated with HOTWORX but offers this support because she believes every member deserves real-time encouragement, presence, and professional guidance.
These sessions are ideal for those who want added confidence and coaching while maintaining their preferred studio workouts.
3. In-Home Private Training
Rebecca also provides one-to-one private training at the client’s location. Each session is customized to fit the environment and available resources. When appropriate, Rebecca brings small equipment such as resistance bands or stability tools to enhance the session. She also recommends equipment that clients can purchase and store easily for continued use.
This format offers high-touch support without the need for a gym or studio.

- Breath-centered warm-up and joint preparation
