Phase 1: Intensive Program

Legal Policies
Prepaid Purchase & Refund Policy:
All programs, packages, and single sessions are nonrefundable upon purchase. The program duration commences upon your first scheduled appointment or 180 days following purchase if unused. All sessions must be completed within the specified program duration; any expired or unused sessions are not eligible for refund, rescheduling, transfer, or credit. Purchase of services constitutes acceptance of these binding terms.
Scheduling Requirements:
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are contingent upon therapist availability. It is the client’s sole responsibility to schedule and complete sessions within the required period.
Cancellation & No‑Show Policy:
Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing with required advance notice:
- Local: at least 24 hours
- Local specialized: at least 48 hours
- Non‑local/travel required: at least 7 days (168 hours)
Cancellations or no‑shows without required notice incur a fee equal to the full session rate ($200, up to 60 minutes) for each affected appointment. All fees must be resolved before additional sessions can be scheduled.
Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing or scheduling, clients acknowledge, understand, and accept all stated program, refund, cancellation, and completion policies.
